“Don’t story” Marta Nowak-Kulpa

July 17, 2020ISH AdministratorAudio, Crisis, Hypnosis, Selfcare Trances, The Polish Erickson Institute, Trance

Today an experiment. Check what happens when you don’t want to experience something or the world around you urges you not to do something, not to think about something, not to feel something … Check if it’s true that the unconscious is like a child and can’t hear the word “no/don’t”. (This is already known by parents who have ever tried to stop a child by saying “Don’t run!” 🙂 And then, if you want changes, decide more what you want than what you don’t want. Sure, it is not easy and requires time, mindfulness, appropriate conditions … It is good to give it all and wait for the effect. Just like that! Go on!

Marta Nowak-Kulpa; Psychologist and psychotherapist, she trained in the field of hypnotherapy in The Polish Milton H. Erickson Institute. She works in her own practice and in Maria buy valium overnight delivery Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology – Gliwice/Poland, in the Oncologic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic.

Dziś eksperyment. Nadal aktualny…

Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie w Gliwicach.
