Shifting sands – „Ruchome piaski”

June 2, 2020ISH AdministratorAudio, Crisis, Health Care, Hypnosis, Selfcare Trances, The Polish Erickson Institute, Trance

Therapeutic stories have a great power… In a simple, but beautiful way they guide us by norms and values, helps us in handling problems , soothe.
The “Shifting sands” recording is a story for children, youth and for adults. It is created by Aneta Kwaśniewska – psychologist and psychotherapist during training at the Polish Milton Erickson Institute and by Anna Dobrzańska – educator and certified addiction psychotherapist. We hope that listening to the recording will be helpful in caring for health and good mental condition.

Zapraszamy…
