The story of listening

May 12, 2020ISH AdministratorThe Polish Erickson Institute

When we live in a rush, we are in motion, sometimes the simplest and maybe the most basic is missing. The current time makes it possible to slow down, stop and catch your breath. Now you can see differently, maybe more clearly, or maybe you can see even something that you have not noticed for a long time. Perhaps this is a good time to ask yourself: “who am I?”, “Where am I?”, “What is important in my life?” It’s interesting how often you ask yourself these questions. Or maybe this moment is a good time to stop for a while and listen to yourself, think and feel … “
